حمزہ: جی. آپ کہہ سکتے ہیں مشہور جگہ ہے. یہ بڑا ریسٹورانٹ نہیں ہے، حتی کہ مناسب جگہ بهی نہیں ہے یہ سڑک پر کهانے کی جگہ ہے. وه جلیبی آپ کی آنکهوں کے سامنے فرائی کرتے ہیں اور کاغذ کی پلیٹ میں پیش کرتے ہیں لیکن ذائقہ بہت اچها ہے.

حمزہ: اسے آج چکهیں اور آزمائیں. اس کے بعد ہم قریبی دکان سے باداموں والی گرم گلابی چائے پییں گے.

علی: زبردست! کیا یہ جگہ بهی مشہور ہے؟

حمزہ: جی بالکل. یہ 30 سالہ پرانی چائے کی دکان ہے. اور تازہ گرم چائے پینے سے بہتر کچھ نہیں ہے.

Hamza: You get really great jalebi where we are going today.

Ali: Really? Is it a famous place?

Hamza: Yes, you could say it’s famous. It's not a big restaurant, it's not even a proper establishment—it's a streetside eatery. They fry the jalebi in front of your eyes and serve them on paper plates, and the taste is fantastic.

Hamza: It's a popular place, so there is always a line of customers in front of the small eatery.

Ali: What's so special about their jalebi?

Hamza: The balanced amount of sugar and the slight crispiness, along with the softness of the jalebi, is just right.

Hamza: Additionally, the quantity of oil in the jalebi is very low.

Ali: Okay. I've never tried jalebi before.

Hamza: Taste and try it today. And after that we'll have hot pink tea with almonds in it.

Ali: Wow! This place is famous too?

Hamza: Yes, absolutely. This is a 30-year old classic tea shop. And there's nothing better than drinking fresh hot tea.

Hamza: Jahan hum aaj ja rahay hain wahan aap behtreen jaleebi hasil ker saktay hain.

Ali: Waqi? Kia yeh mashhoor jaga hai?

Hamza: G aap keh saktay hain mashhoor jagah hai. Yeh bara restorant nahin hai, hata ky munasib jagah bhi nahin hai yeh sarak per khanay ki jagah hai. Woh jaleebi aap ki ankhon ky samnay fry kertay hain aur kaghaz ki plate mein paish kertay hain, aur zaiqa bohat acha hai.

Hamza: Yeh aik mashhoor jagah hai iss liye choti si khanay ki dukan ky samnay her waqt gahakon ki qitar bani rehti hai.

Ali: Unn ki jaleebi ki kia khas baat hai?

Hamza: Cheeni ki munasib miqdar, halkay say kurkuray pan ky sath jaleebi ka narm pan bilkul munasib hai.

Hamza: Iss ky ilawa jaleebi mein tail ki miqdar bohat kam hai.

Ali: Theek. Mei nay pehlay jaleebi kabhi nahin khai.

Hamza: Isay aaj chakhein aur aajzmayen. Uss ky baad hum qareebi dukan say padamon wali garm gulabi chaye piyein gay.

Ali: Zabardast! Kia yeh jagah bhi mashhoor hai?

Hamza: G bilkul. Yeh 30 sala purani chaye ki dukan hai. Aur taza garm chaye peenay say behtar kuch nahin hai.

ملالہ یوسف زئی پاکستان میں لڑکیوں اور خواتین کی تعلیم کی مضبوط حامی ہیں اور تاریخ میں اب تک سب سے کم عمر نوبل انعام یافتہ ہیں۔

وہ خصوصاً پاکستان کے صوبہ خیبر پختونخوا میں اپنی آبائی سر زمین وادیِٔ سوات میں خواتین کے لیے شہری حقوق اور تعلیم کی حمایت کے لیے مشہور ہیں۔

حالیہ تاریخ میں کئی بار طالبان لڑکیوں کو سکول جانے سے روک کر طالبان نے خواتین کی تعلیم پر قدغن لگانے کی کوشش کی۔

آج کل یوسف زئی کا خاندان سوات میں ایک سکول سسٹم چلاتا ہے۔ جب وہ گیارہ بارہ سال کی تھیں تو انہوں نے ایک قلمی نام استعمال کرتے ہوئے بی بی سی کے لیے ایک بلاگ لکھا۔

اپنے بلاگ میں انہوں نے خطے میں طالبان کے قبضے کے دوران پاکستان میں اپنی زندگی، طالبان سے اقتدار چھیننے کی کوششوں اور وادیِٔ سوات میں لڑکیوں کی تعلیم کو فروغ دینے کی تفصیل بیان کی۔

وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ جب رپورٹرز نے ان کے انٹرویو کیے اور ڈیسمنڈ ٹوٹو، جنوبی افریقہ سے ایک سرگرم کارکن، نے بچوں کے عالمی امن انعام کے لیے انہیں نامزد کیا تو یہ مشہور ہو گئیں۔

پھر اکتوبر 2012 میں وہ وادیِٔ سوات میں اپنی سکول بس میں گئیں اور ایک عسکریت پسند نے بس کے پاس آ کر خصوصاً ان کا پوچھا۔

جب وہ آگے آئیں تو اس نے سیدھی ان کے سر میں تین گولیاں ماریں۔

ایک گولی ان کی پیشانی کے بائیں جانب اندر گھُس گئی، ان کے چہرے سے گزری اور ان کے کندھے میں جا کر ٹھہر گئی اور اسے بری طرح زخمی کر دیا۔

اس حملے کے بعد کئی دنوں تک وہ کوما میں رہیں حتٰی کہ ان کی صحت اتنی بہتر ہو گئی کہ انہیں کوئین ایلزبتھ ہسپتال، انگلینڈ میں منتقل کر دیا گیا جہاں انہیں جامع بحالیِٔ صحت سے گزارا گیا۔

اس وقت وہ ہائی سکول میں تھیں۔

وہ معجزانہ طور پر اپنے زخموں سے صحت یاب ہو گئیں اور آج کل ادھر اُدھر کا سفر کرتی ہیں اور لڑکیوں اور خواتین کی تعلیم کے حق میں تقریریں کرتی ہیں حالاں کہ طالبان نے انہیں اور ان کے والد کو قتل کرنے کی دھمکیاں دوبارہ دیں۔

Malala Yousafzai is a strong proponent for the education of girls and woman in Pakistan and is the youngest Nobel Prize laureate so far in history.

She is particularly famous for championing civil rights and education for women in her native land of Swat Valley in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

Many times in recent history, the Taliban had suppressed female education by interdicting girls from attending school.

These days Yousafzai's family operates a school system in Swat Valley

When she was around twelve years old, she wrote a blog for the BBC using a pseudonym.

In her blog, she expounded upon her life in Pakistan while the Taliban was occupying the region, endeavors to wrest control from the Taliban, and her viewpoints on the promotion of schooling for girls in the Swat Valley.

Over time she rose in prominence as she was interviewed by reporters and nominated for the International Children's Peace Prize by Desmond Tutu, an activist from South Africa.

Then in October 2012, she got onto her school bus in Swat Valley, and a militant came to the bus and asked specifically for her.

When she came forward, he shot her point blank in the head three times.

One of the bullets entered the left side of her forehead, traveled through her face, and then lodged in her shoulder, critically wounding her.

Following the attack, she was in a coma for several days until she improved enough to be moved to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in England where she underwent comprehensive rehabilitation.

She was in high school at that time.

She made a miraculous recovery from her injuries and today travels around speaking in support of education for girls and women even though Taliban again threatened to assassinate her and her father.
