Last year was all about survival and I’m not gonna lie, it almost took me out. I spent almost all of 2025 grieving while replaying my life’s movie from my mom’s guest room.
I cried about people I loved taking advantage of me. I cried because I let them. I cried because I’ve had to work so. hard. in life. And I cried that I’ll never get to hug my baby brother again.
When I was done, I was anew. I’m still getting used to who I am now and I know a few of my loved ones are too. Simply put, I’m different.
November 2025 to March 2026 was my renaissance after my isolation period. And once again, it was so hard. I mean, exhausting, but this time I had help because I know how to identify my needs now and I know how to ask for help. I told you I’m different!
I even got to see a few friends during this renaissance period and meet some really cool strangers along the way.
November me was doing whatever she had to do to get out of The US and me now is wrapping up week one of four in a Mexican holistic yoga house, dedicating most of my free time to creating for fun instead of out of obligation.
This episode is about what I did to get here.
