A pair of "no" votes on the City's public service agreement with Downtown Lee's Summit Main Street may have annoyed him a little. But its they way they voted no — without discussing it for the record on the dais — that really got him worked up... And as always, Nick and Jason close the show interviewing people doing good in the community.
