I have two of my funniest past guests on today to promote the second season of their amazing series, "Smothered." Jason Stuart and Mitch Hara are both great actors, writers and comedians separately, but their wonder twin powers combine in their hit series they co-wrote and co-star in, it's pure fun and laughs. Season 2 of "Smothered" finds our reluctant husbands still trying to afford divorce, still in counseling, and still fighting between pure acts of care and devotion.

This season has some great guest stars such as Amanda Bearse and Jai Rodriguez, and the laughs keep on coming with possible mob made parents and the possible coming out of another mom. My guest today has been a great friend of the show since our first season and I knew I had to have him back now that we are in year 9. Terry Ray has worked with some of the great leading men and ladies of our time including being mentored by Charles Nelson Reilly. He also has written for and co-starred with the fantastic Loni Anderson.

Terry has recently become the Managing Director of the Bent Theatre Company in Palm Springs, and has been busy bringing his hit Play he wrote and starred in, Electricity, for Off Broadway. He has also written some new work including The Lincoln Debate. His theatre company has had a very successful first season and is already thinking of a fantastic season 2.

My guest today is a fantastic Writer, Director, Producer and sometimes Actor, Mr. Mark Schwab. Mark has a great eye for detail and I love his use of light and dark in his films as well as his ability to pull amazing work out of his actors in small places. We are talking about his film that came out last year "Brotherly Lies," and the follow up that is heading towards the film festival circuit soon, "Exteriors."

Mark is based in Northern California and has used many of the same talented actors in multiple movies he has written and directed. He knows how to get great performances out of his actors and make the most of his limited budgets as an independent producer of great films.
