For today’s episode, we sat down to talk about a variety of topics in the news recently, including Scott Adams shenanigans, more East Palestine, Ohio news, drinking the Devil’s milkshake, the CIA forcing prisoners to buttchug, and the unfortunate news that more Lord of the Rings content will be made.

This week, while we’re in the LU Lab whipping up some big stuff for the coming weeks, we thought it might be nice to set some time aside and answer some personal questions we’ve received in an effort to get a little closer to our audience. Promise to be as open and honest as possible.

At the top of this week’s episode, we discuss the two videos that were released recently of Tyre Nichols and Paul Pelosi.
Then, we get into a light-hearted (and light-researched) discussion of actor Woody Harrelson and his mercurial father Charles Voyde Harrelson, mafia hitman and alleged JFK assassination-hanger-on. We also discuss some of Woody Harrelson’s excellent roles with parapolitical tilts to them.

This week we discuss one of the most famous unsolved mysteries in Australian history: the Somerton Man. Who was he? Where was he from? Has modern science cracked the case? Find out within the hallowed halls of the Left Unread Mind Palace (L.U.M.P.)

Join us this week as we dive back into the Ancient Mysteries series from last year. As we pick it back up from where we left off, we dive into the nature of the experience at the heart of the mystery rituals and what we can glean from this divine experience, and then we dive much deeper into the shadowy Roman cult of Mithras.

This week we wrap up the tale of Julius Caesar’s Conquest of Gaul. First we will discuss his fun little jaunt over to Britannia, and then we will explore his clashes with the great Gallic leader Vercingetorix, culminating with Caesar’s victory at Alesia, and his plans for returning home to Rome.

This week we pick up the story of Gaius Julius Caesar where we left off like… ten months ago. In Episode 50: Julius Caesar Goes on Holiday, we discussed the rise of one of Rome’s greatest generals and politicians, and the shoddy pretext for his invasion of the vast Western European region known to posterity as Gaul. This time, almost one year later, I’m returning to the story to discuss the Caesar’s Book, Comentarii de Bello Gallico, A brief description of Gaul, and the commencement of the actual Wars themselves. A third installment will follow this one IMMEDIATELY, not a year later, and will conclude Caesar’s conquest and return to Rome.
