We all practice to get good at something. What are we practicing? When we are trying to live our lives for Christ we are "practicing" in our Christianity. What does our practice look like?

We know what enemies are. We find them all around us. But sometimes there are enemies that are different, enemies that are more serious. John writes about those who deny that Jesus is the Son of God. John calls them "antichrists'. Listen as we talk about what an anti-Christ is.

We prioritize the things we love. That means that something in our life gets our "first". Who, or what in your life gets the priority? Listen as we talk about loving God vs loving the world.

As Christians, we are part of a family. Every member of the family contributes when it comes to loving one another. John helps us understand that no matter where we are in our walk with the Lord, we can still love one another.

Following Jesus means we look like Jesus. Christians are called to do the things that Jesus did and to say the things that Jesus said. When we do this we begin to look more and more like Jesus.

God is referred to as "Light". What does light do? It reveals, it gives life, it even helps our emotions. Listen to how important it is to walk in the light!

John the Disciple wrote a letter to confirm the identity of Jesus. He was an authority on the subject and he experienced the Gospel Life himself. We can experience the same Gospel Life the John is writing about.

When we are faced with the Gospel we have no choice but to make a choice. We are either for God, or against Him. Listen as we talk about our reaction to the gospel and our eternal destiny.
