This week’s guest on Off the Shelf is Jason Workmaster from Miller & Chevalier. 

Workmaster discusses the potential legal implications of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), and analyzes the key features of the RFO and the implications for contractors and contracting officers.
