Today we're ending our month-long relationship series by talking about Boundaries. This can be a hard topic and one that can seem unkind. However, the goal of boundaries is to care well for yourself, love yourself, and avoid toxic and abusive people and situations. In this episode we talk about our experience with boundaries, some things we've learned, and why we believe these are so important. 

We're in no way experts on this topic, we're learning this as we go.
