A search is underway in Lemon Grove for a man accused of trying to lure students into his car. It happened Tuesday afternoon near a skate park across the street from Lemon Grove Academy Middle School. Two people were killed in a crash in Chula Vista early yesterday morning. Today SDG&E will debut the first fleet of electric freight trucks to cross the border, a move experts hope will help cut down on the impact trade between the U.S. and Mexico has on the environment.
