In this episode, we get into how holding back your emotions can eventually take its toll on your body. We don't always know that we're doing it - let alone why. We explore the nitty-gritty of how problems in infancy and childhood can hold us back our whole lives, until we find the courage to love ourselves and pave the way to a better, healthier life.

Here’s a little peek at what’s coming in Friday’s episode: Repressed emotions and their effect on our lives.

We dive into some pretty heavy topics in this episode, ranging from guilt and shame to self-love and enlightenment. Touching on the work of three of our favourite Hungarian-born authors - ErnĹ‘ Dittrich, Gabor MatĂ© and Andrew Feldmar - we discuss how our childhood, and later our attitudes and the people we spend time with can shape us in ways that can be challenging to escape. The goal is happiness, the key is love, and the pathways can be made clearer through focused self-awareness. All this in under sixty minutes before our three daughters show up off-camera and inspire us to call it a wrap. Â

We giddily present our first-ever Teaser Tuesday, where we randomly pick our next episode's topic from Grandpa Fred's 70-year-old hat. It turns out to be a doozy. (The topic - not the hat, though the hat's pretty cool too).
Enjoy!

In this episode, we introduce ourselves and lay it all out—full disclosure included. Think of it as your chance to decide whether to lean in and relate… or make a run for it.
