MOVE TRAX is thrilled to unveil "Grab My Love," the eagerly awaited second release from this Tokyo-based label, curated by its founder Al Jones. This enchanting EP synthesizes the sun-soaked essence of early 90s balearic vibes with the alluring melodies of classic Italo house piano, all interwoven with the evocative sounds of traditional Japanese instruments, notably the koto. At the forefront are the irresistible vocals of Aiko Inoue, whose whimsical lyrics recount a lasagna recipe in a manner that feels like a sumptuous love letter—a blend of playful humor and sensual mystery.

Complementing the original vocal mix is the "Scarpetta Dub Mix," where delightful silence speaks volumes, symbolizing the final, indulgent moments of a culinary feast. Further enriching this sonic tapestry are two distinguished remixes from renowned Italian artists: Massimiliano Pagliara lends his ethereal touch with the "Hanami Mix," a delicately layered composition that transports listeners, while Mr. Ties delivers the vibrant "House of Matsuri Mix," infused with a raw, Chicago-inspired acid baseline that guarantees peak-time excitement.

Circuit Grooves taps into a familiar shadow realm of musical flexibility on Funk & Disorderly "Kirk EP": the deep post-dubstep throb of the early 2010s, but nudged off-axis by a sly, twisted jazz sensibility. The main cuts lean into weight and negative space, with subs that sit low and patient, drums that snap, and melodic fragments that feel more like phrases than hooks.

“Kirk” sets the tone with solid momentum, while “Zoomies” tightens the screws into something twitchier and more percussively playful. With the EP proceeding to push further into that smoky, after-hours mood, sketching tense little motifs over pressure-cooker low end. The remixes keep the spirit but shift the angle: Slow Assembly pulls apart “Zoomies” into a more broken territory, slow-burn build whilst keeping the drummer funky, and ZOiD reframes “Roche Limit” with a sharper, stranger silhouette. For our first-ever V.A release, we’ve brought together four producers whose unique styles and backgrounds converge under a single roof. Over the past few years, we’ve had the chance to connect with Franco Pauletti, Patrice Meiner, SUVVER, and Passwar D, each of them shaping their own corner of the underground with distinct approaches and personal sound identities.

Representing Sao Pauli, Berlin and The Bronx respectively, the artists share a common thread: a dedication to subtle groove, emotional depth, and stripped-back rhythm. Despite their diverse influences, this EP blends their contributions into a warm, lofi, minimal, and dubbed-out experience.

Formula 410’s afRoPiaNo Vol. 1 is a tight seven-track statement built on movement first: shuffling Amapiano swing, House weight, and classic Afro percussion that’s happy to sit in the pocket and let the groove do the talking. There’s a clear sense of pacing across the tracklist, from moments of uplift moving into a firm forward pull that at times transmutes into something a little moodier, more hypnotic even.

The Baltimore link matters, too. The project’s rooted in a city with serious club DNA, and you can hear that discipline in the drums and the functional arrangements: clean builds, confident drops, no wasted moments. In his first appearance on the Max G label, Philly native Squidbrain cooks up a clubby twist on the ideas and motifs of Max G’s iBroke. From his studio in Berlin, Squidbrain recasts the slow-burning meditations on Latin percussion, G-house and 2000s RnB samples that characterize the original, upping the tempo and blurring the lines between electro, UK bass, and breaks. In his remix, he brings a workout of syncopated and bouncy kick and bass, offbeat snares, and weaving and gritty breaks, balancing cold and mechanical elements of electro with the funky and inviting spirit of the source material.

Max G's Original Mix of iBroke is drum-heavy Latin-percussive minimal funk house with an ostentatious vocal sample and surreal bursts of demented synth energy.

This first new volume of edits from Big Baba finds Elado digging with intent rather than on a purely nostalgic tip. Fresh off his Razor-N-Tape run, he opens the series by rewiring rare global grooves for contemporary club floors. The EP moves fast and wide as Bollywood disco mutates into techno on 'Disko Disko!', while Yeah Yeah flips obscure 80s Thai boogie-funk into something elastic and punchy. 'EL SOL' slides in as a proto-house warm-up weapon, patient but charged. Then there's 'YOR YOR', a joyous Bukharian disco edit that feels almost mythical in its rarity. Colourful and confident, and full of heat.

Élan [EP] is entirely crafted in her bedroom by O.M.. A chaotic playground of powerful kicks, distorted bass, and wild, experimental frequencies. Her whispered and spoken French words cut through the tracks, shaping an unrestrained electronic hip-hop world that feels raw, daring, and brilliantly unhinged. This is a record of reckless creativity and fearless sound exploration.
