A NASM-certified personal trainer, yoga therapist, and core confidence specialist, Leslie wants her clients to work with their bodies instead of ignoring or punishing them so that they feel strong, capable, and confident as they move through the years ahead.

Leslie works online, and her therapeutic background allows her to support clients with underlying health conditions and/or persistent pain.
