Asma, from Saudi Arabia, has lived across Saudi Arabia, the United States, and Europe, enriching her perspective with diverse cultural experiences.

She graduated with first-class honors in Finance. Following her academic journey, she earned a specialization in Leadership - Leading People and Teams, as well as a Training of Trainers (TOT) certification. Alongside her finance and leadership background, Asma pursued advanced expertise in the field of healing. She is a ThetaHealing Certificate of Science Practitioner and instructor. In addition, advanced practitioner of other modalities, and she has been a certified Master Life Coach since 2022.

The third eye chakra is located between your two eye brows to the middle of your forehead. A blocked or overactive third eye chakra limits your intuitions and your clarity. The clearing of this chakra allows for clarity, foresight, and greater intuition. Crystals to help clear the third eye chakra are: azurite, amethyst, blue aventurine, fluorite, purple garnet, and celestite.

Throat chakra is used for communication between you and others. A blocked or overactive throat chakra could be that you are lying to others or yourself, you have difficulty communicating your truth to others, you may have thyroid problems, or sinus/ chronic sore throat. Crystals that you can use to clear this chakra are: aquamarine, lapis lazuli, blue calcite, and blue kyanite.
