We have a tendency to sacrifice ourselves to tend to the needs of others. But this can harm our physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and sometimes financial health. As a mother myself, I know all to well how we naturally want to focus on other people's needs instead of our own. It's time to put ourselves FIRST.

Putting your own well-being as a priority will NOT make you a selfish person. Actually, quite the opposite. Ever since I put my own health first, I've been way more productive overall. When I didn't, I was constantly fatigued and emotionally drained...sometimes almost to the point of near exhaustion, some mental breakdowns, and hormonal imbalance.
