A few months ago, I decided to retire myself from the dating scene...and from relationships in general. The pool of potentials is way too toxic. The amount of negativity that is being put out there is disheartening and discouraging, and I want nothing to do with it.

This podcast was created to talk about health and wellness, but a part of this was also created to share my story. And part of health and wellness is identifying the sources of stress and strain on us physically, emotionally, spiritually, and even financially. And that is why I share my story about why I am now out the game.

That has been a question on my mind since my first Nutrition degree. So many doctors are frustrated and burnt out...between the system and clients. And I now understand why.

Lady T is back....again!

Through the ups and downs, adjusting to life in Phoenix, all through a busy schedule, she has finally figured everything out and is back to doing the show for good this time.

She has gone through three peak seasons at work, balcony garden is growing very well, and becoming a student at Arizona State University. She has completed her first semester towards getting her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and she already has so much to say.
