In SESSION ONE of this new series, Wade discusses what prompted him to make changes in his diet, fitness, spiritual practices, and daily schedule in order to improve his health and lifestyle. Since losing a lot of weight over the past year, many have asked why he has been doing so and how he has been doing it.
