"Dear Mamas, I saw where Utah passed a law that will allow parents to be the judge of when kids are old enough to do things like walk to school by themselves, to stay home by themselves, to play outside by themselves. They called it 'Free-Range Parenting'. I just thought that was parenting! Why is this law even having to be passed, and if it’s needed, why don’t more states have it?"
