Teri Netterville and Denise Author, are not pleased the University of Virginia decided to cancel the traditional Veteran’s Day 21-Gun Salute in Honor of America’s Veterans because they were afraid some students would be triggered by the noise. Instead, UVA should be teaching those students how to cope with life rather than being disrespectful of America’s veterans.
