I also introduce “The Impact Collective” where we have a collection of offerings and tracks for women in business ready to level up their leadership, female entrepreneurs ready to scale, and women who are ready to take that leap of faith and work from a place of purpose & passion, creating the abundant life they know they want.

  • Ep 076: Game On

Can you believe we are in the final Quarter of 2021; this is just crazy making?  Happy Fall, happy October, and happy fourth quarter.  Today we are going to look at finishing this year strong and look ahead to 2022.  Even though there are so many uncertainties, it’s always a good idea to plan.  As a coach, this is the time of year when my clients and I look back on the results that were created throughout the year, we look at what we hit, where we needed to pivot, what worked, what did not work, and all the things we learned along the way.  It is a powerful exercise. And I highly recommend you do this. I do this with my business clients, my entrepreneurs, as well as those working on self-development.  And don’t pass up those personal outcomes, they are equally as important, because we are whole people, so take that holistic approach.

I’ve always looked at October as a great time to revisit the outcomes and goals we set back in January and do something today that I know my future self will thank me for.  It truly looks a little different or maybe a lot different this year, and I know there are so many things we have learned along the way. So take the time to acknowledge them, the lessons are important.

  • Ep 075: Creating Your Next Level

Do you remember 2020 and feeling like being on a teeter totter of being motivated to move vs what was happening during the height of Covid-19? As the world began to re-open bit by bit, it was like coming out of some sort of hibernation in some ways. The constant posts from “this is the time to do more, be more, create more” to “don’t buy into the you need to be more” posts were enough to make one dizzy. Which way do we go?

I think we often find ourselves in the “which way do I go” mode. There is meaning we will all make up for ourselves or have made up for ourselves all the time, and we all at some level reinvent, contribute, and move forward. Bottom line, wherever you are in the matter is wherever you are supposed to be. Trust that and trust yourself.

During this episode we will explore creating yourself vs. finding yourself.  It’s about choice and action all along the way.

Here are the highlights from this episode:

{5:21} Life is about creating yourself

{8:59} Become the person you want to be

{11:59} We all have the power of choice

    {16:25} Don't blend in

{19:44} Put yourself in an empowered mindset

  • Ep 074: Lean In, Champ

Have you ever felt like a fraud?  Do you doubt your capabilities? Most of us have, as a matter of fact. Anytime we are stretching outside of our comfort zone or hitting the next level in our lives.

The question here is, are we a fraud really?  Or are we doubting who we really are, and who we are for people, our purpose in life, and what we must contribute?

I believe in my whole heart we are not frauds; we are human beings having a human experience, and therefore it is natural we are going to argue for limitations from time to time.

In this episode we are continuing to explore the power of choice where we take on overcoming the Imposter by leaning into our Champion.

As entrepreneurs, leaders, professionals, and self-growth seekers have you taken the time to get familiar with your champion?  And by the way who is this champion anyway?

The champion argues for our greatness even on days we aren’t feeling it! NOW your champion is not smoke and mirrors, your champion is in fact telling you the very truth you are resisting.  Your champ wants you to get “you’ve got this” and 100% believes in CONFIDENCE BEFORE COMPETENCE!!

Here are the highlights from this episode:

{5:36} Most of us deal with imposter syndrome

    {10:06} Busy vs productive

    {16:06} We all begin somewhere

{20:18} You have the right to be wrong

    {23:13} Acknowledge yourself

    {27:22} Amp up the champion

  • Ep 073: It’s All Happening for Us

There are “no accidents” in life, what is occurring we may never know the reason; however, we can always find meaning in it. When we embrace that life happens for us, we can stay present, keep out of worry, learn the lessons and contribute to others.

In this episode we will discuss the concept that “Life happens for us, not to us”. We are all here for a purpose, there is a plan for us, and we get to move through life learning lessons, growing, and being a contribution to others, while responding to the curve Balls that we don’t really plan for and yet, they show up for us. This is a powerful episode where we get an opportunity to explore mindset and have a set of questions to evaluate the gifts that the curve balls are really bringing us.

Here are the highlights from this episode:

{4:58} Get yourself out of the pity party

{8:00} Covid has thrown a huge curve ball into our lives

{11:06} You can live easier knowing everything is happening for your good
