  • Episode 26: Things that make you go HUH?

Ever have one of those moments where you stop and think… HUH?! WHY IS THAT?! 🤔😂

Why does one outfit require a completely different pair of underwear? Why does coffee do absolutely NOTHING to wake me up in the morning, but one cup after 2 p.m. has me staring at the ceiling at midnight? And why can I remember every word to a song from 1997 but not why I walked into the kitchen?

In this episode of Let’s BFFR, we're diving into the random, ridiculous, everyday mysteries that make absolutely no damn sense.

From getting older to laundry that never ends and the never-ending question of WHAT'S FOR DINNER, we're asking the questions nobody asked us to ask.

🎙️ Because sometimes life doesn't need to make sense. Sometimes you just need to laugh at the bullshit.

Got your own "HUH?!" moment? Send it my way! You might just make it into part two!

🩷 Follow the chaos. Stay chaotic. 🖤

  • Episode 25: Two DAYS?! Thats cute

Who decided working five days and having only two days off was a reasonable arrangement? Because I'd like a word.

Between 5,974 Saturday errands, Sunday scaries, laundry that never ends, grocery shopping, and trying to maintain some resemblance of a social life, WHEN ARE WE SUPPOSED TO ACTUALLY LIVE?

  • Episode 24: Its kicking my you know what.

Episode 24: Perimenopause - Who the hell authorized this.

Hot flashes, brain fog, mood swings, insomnia, hormonal rage, and absolutely ZERO patience. Welcome to perimenopause, where your body has apparently decided to operate without adult supervision.

This week, my hormones have been kicking my ass, and we're getting REAL about it!

We're talking about the symptoms nobody warned us about, how perimenopause can impact marriage, intimacy, and relationships, and the emotional roller coaster of not always recognizing yourself.

Because sometimes its funny, sometimes its frustrating, and sometimes you just want to cry while simultaneously telling everyone to fuck off.

But underneath all the chaos is a conversation we need to be having. About womens health, advocating for ourselves, fiving ourselves grace, and realizing we don't have to suffer in silence.

So grab your iced coffee, turn down the thermostat, and join me for a little hormonal honesty.

Because apparently, midlife comes with hormonal circus, and I didnt even get to approve the guest list.

  • Episode 23: The Realizations are..... real. LOL

    Episode 23: The Realizations Are… Real 🎙️

Apparently midlife comes with hot flashes, random body aches, reading menus from six feet away… and the sudden realization that you no longer have the energy for other people's bullshit.

In this solo episode, I'm talking about the things I'm finally figuring out at 43: not everyone has to like me, rest doesn't have to be earned, friendships change, our kids grow up, our bodies change, we're allowed to change our minds—and despite what we believed growing up, absolutely NONE of us actually know what the fuck we're doing.

    Maybe midlife isn't a crisis.

    Maybe it's an audit.

What stays? What goes? What deserves my energy in the next chapter—and what am I officially done carrying?

And of course, my girl Mel Robbins said it best:

“You can still be a good person and tell someone to fuck off.”

Honestly, that might be the entire lesson. 😂

This one is funny, honest, a little vulnerable, and VERY BFFR.

  • Episode 22: After the Beach thoughts

    Episode 22 is giving post-vacation chaos. 😂

We’re recapping the trip home from Myrtle Beach—complete with shitty weather, an unreasonable amount of pizza, sketchy beach observations, walkers battling the sand, crab legs EVERYWHERE, and the moment I discovered I may have missed my calling as a professional golfer at Topgolf.

Because nothing says “relaxing vacation” quite like coming home exhausted, sore, slightly overfed, and already needing another vacation.

Buckle up. We’re on the road, we have opinions, and apparently I’m one good swing away from the PGA.

  • Episode 21: ROAD TRIP - Wedding bells to Myrtle Beach

Episode 21: ROAD TRIP — Wedding Bells to Myrtle Beach 🌴💍🚗

    The road trip chaos continues!

This episode starts with wedding bells in Tennessee as we celebrate my little brother getting married — and because apparently one trip isn’t enough, we leave the wedding and head straight for a week in Myrtle Beach.

We’re talking wedding emotions, family chaos, being completely exhausted, living out of suitcases, way too many hours in the car, and that glorious moment when you finally see the ocean and think, okay… maybe this was worth it.

Because nothing says “relaxing vacation” quite like cramming a wedding, multiple states, a road trip, and a beach vacation into one week. 😂

Come ride along for another Let’s BFFR road trip episode — unfiltered conversations, questionable decisions, family stories, and all the chaos in between.

🎧 Buckle up. We’re going from wedding bells to beach vibes.

Follow the chaos. Stay chaotic. 🩷

  • Episode 20: ON THE ROAD - Nashville with none other than my MOTHER!

Episode 20: ON THE ROAD — Nashville with None Other Than My Mother 🤠🎙️💗

We took Let’s BFFR ON THE ROAD — and this time, I brought none other than my mother along for the chaos.

    Destination: Nashville, Tennessee.

With hours in the car and microphones in hand, what better time to put my mom in the hot seat with some rapid-fire questions?

We’re talking childhood memories, things she probably never thought I’d ask her, who knows who better, brutally honest answers, lots of laughing, and the kind of completely random conversations that only happen when you’re trapped in a car together for hours.

And somewhere between the rapid-fire questions, Nashville adventures, wigs, crowns, and mother-daughter chaos… this episode became something pretty damn special.

Because one day you realize that getting to take a girls’ trip with your mom, laugh until your stomach hurts, ask her all the ridiculous questions, and record a little piece of your relationship along the way is something you’ll be really glad you did.

It’s funny. It’s unfiltered. It gets a little sentimental.

And yes… my mother survived being on Let’s BFFR.

    Barely. 😂

    Buckle up, bitches. We’re ON

  • Episode 19: Pets, Grief, and Chinese food.

What do pets and Chinese food have in common? Honestly… way more than they should. 😂

You know the cycle: you overdo it, swear you’re NEVER doing this to yourself again… and then somehow, there you are, doing it all over again.

In this episode, we’re talking about the absolute joy of loving our pets, the gut-punch grief that comes with losing them, and why—despite knowing exactly how the story eventually ends—we keep opening our hearts to another one.

Because maybe grief isn’t a reason not to love something. Maybe it’s proof that we loved it enough to make the pain worth it.

It’s funny. It’s a little unhinged. It might make you cry.

And somehow… there are crab rangoons involved.

  • Episode 18: Newsflash.... We're All Adults

Somewhere along the way, we graduated high school... but apparently the drama didn't.

In this episode of Let's BFFR, we're talking about gossip, passive-aggressive behavior, vague social media posts, refusing to communicate like grown-ups, and why acting like an adult shouldn't be this difficult.

Life is too short for petty drama and manufactured chaos.

So if you've ever wanted to tell someone to use their words, mind their own business, or simply grow up...

    This one's for you.

    Because here's your news flash...

    We're all adults.

It's time we started acting like it.

Because sometimes... you just have to be fucking for real.
