It's that time of year when life becomes busy. But it's not just the holidays when we can be "too busy" and forget to take a step back and make sure we are replenishing our own energy and needs. We often feel we don't have time, or it's selfish to rest and replenish. In the modern way of living, busyness has become second nature, and yet when we finally take the time to retreat inwardly, we come into contact with the great potential we hold within us to replenish and refill our own cup. When we fully take care of ourselves, we are then able to give fully to others.
