It's time for you to be ALL you were called to be on the Battlefield of Life! With Veteran's Day being this month, we wanted to replay a special episode that aired last year with The Drill Sergeant of Life, Beatrice Bruno. Beatrice is an Author, Speaker, Consultant and an Army Veteran - but always and forever she will be a Drill Sergeant. Having trained more than 2,000 Basic Combat Trainees while serving on Active Duty, Beatrice learned the main reason a Basic Trainee could not endure eight weeks of training was because that soldier “needed to get over him or herself!” Beatrice now uses her Army training to help you get over your excuses and procrastination and be ALL you were called to be on the Battlefield of Life! Beatrice is the creator of the Let Go of the P.A.S.T. Boot Camp Series and author of several books to include “How To Get Over Yourself, Get Out of Your Own Way, and Get What YOU Want Out of Life!” and “How To Get Over Yourself and Let Go of the P.A.S.T.” During the show you will learn how you can get out of your own way and fufill the purpose you were created for. It was a honor to have the Drill Sergeant on the show and we look forward to having have back again. We salute all the Veterans out there and wish we an awesome, blessed week!Send us Fan Mail

When we talk about breast cancer and sexual abuse, we tend to focus on the incident or the diagnosis and we don't focus on the person - the person they are and the person they become after the experience. How does the incident or diagnosis impact their intimate relationships? How do they learn to trust again, love again let alone date again? This weeks guest, Ronnie Joy Krasner, is no stranger to Let's Coach with Mark and Carolyn. Known as the Midlife Dating Coach, she recently shared her story of sexual abuse publicly for the first time in the book "Coming Out of Hiding and Shine". The book was a year long process led by international best selling author Rebecca Hall Gruyter, and also includes the stories of over 30 powerful and inspirational authors. During the process of writing the book, Ronnie Joy was diagnosed with breast cancer. As she walked through the process of treating and recovering from breast cancer AND sharing her story of sexual abuse, she discovered a whole new aspect to the dating world. Now, not only does she teach her clients how to successfully get back into the dating wild, she also assist them with dating after diagnosis and sexual abuse. I invite you to tune in as we discuss an often overlooked and avoided topic, Love, Intimacy, Breast Cancer and Sexual Assault, and be inspired to Come Out of Hiding and Shine...Send us Fan Mail

Let’s Coach with Mark and Carolyn - Wednesday, September 28, 2016, Noon EDTBeating AutismWhat do you do when Western Medicine can’t help your child? If you’re award winning author Anne Evans, you find unconventional approaches. When her daughter was diagnosed with autism upon entering preschool in 1999, teachers identified her as being on the autism spectrum. After exhausting all of the specialists she could find, with no help available, Anne used her background in microbiology and started looking for alternatives. Her search for recovery led into the world of alternative medicine; starting with diet and nutrition and ending with Traditional Chinese Medicine and three different forms of energy medicine. Her daughter was able to make a full recovery in 3 to 4 years. Anne turned her journey into the award winning book BEATING AUTISM. The book describes the recovery process step-by-step and offers supporting medical evidence for recovery.Since BEATING AUTISM came out in 2015, and won three awards. Anne has become a leader in the Mid-Atlantic Autism Community. She has had numerous speaking engagements, including to the National Autism One Conference in Chicago.
