In today’s episode, we talk about grief — the real “if you know, you know” feeling. Grief shows up in so many different areas of our lives and never looks the same twice. I share my experience with the death of a loved one, the loss of relationships, and the strange similarities between the two. One type of grief gives you no choice but to mourn, and the other gives you the option to stay, avoid, or pretend you’re fine… even when you’re not.
Grief is sensitive, personal, and different for everyone. I try to avoid shame and guilt in general, but especially here. This episode is more of a “you’re not alone if you feel alone” conversation — a space to sit with the feelings, hear someone else’s story, and maybe find something that helps you along your own journey.
If this episode reaches even one person who needs it, that’s enough for me.

Chemistry has been the thing I chased my whole life — that spark, that pull, that “oh my god, this could be something.” Sometimes it led somewhere beautiful, and other times I ended up confused af.
In this episode, we talk about why capacity is actually the real ingredient we should be searching for. Chemistry matters, but it doesn’t tell you anything about where someone can actually hold a place in your life- Capacity does.
Someone’s capacity — their emotional bandwidth, their self-awareness, their ability to show up — is so much more important than the initial spark.
Let’s dive deep and figure out what I mean… because once you understand capacity, your whole relationship lens shifts.
In this week’s episode we’re talking about the scariest word ever — BOUNDARIES — and we’re trying to make them a little less scary because of what they truly provide… comfort, baby.
Boundaries have so many different meanings in our mind, but the true meaning is simple: they protect us and allow people to meet us where we’re at. And if we don’t put ourselves first, who else is going to?
We’re also comparing boundaries with control, a confusion so many people make. Control is what’s actually scary and icky… not boundaries.
So let’s dive into it all, express these emotions, and set some boundaries.

In this week’s episode, we’re talking about the meaning I found behind these two inspiring lovers who climbed to the top of the Empire State Building. I found so much meaning in trusting your intuition, going after your purpose, and finding a partner who wants the same things as you.
I appreciate how extreme this scenario was, especially considering we’re living in a world full of excuses — so how do we excuse this and still convince ourselves the impossible isn’t possible? Their climb put me in a position to step up my mf’ing game. Recording a podcast in my bedroom at my mom’s house at 30 doesn’t sound as brave as it once did.
Tune tf in & LFG.

We’re back with another episode, and today we’re talking about the questions we ask when we’re trying to get to know people — and how most of them don’t actually tell us anything real.
We stay comfortable with surface‑level questions that lead to generic assumptions, and honestly… it’s keeping us disconnected. There’s a fear around vulnerability, around asking what actually built someone, around understanding the experiences that shaped their nervous system, their patterns, their trauma, their values.
I’m tired of feeling icky about judging people without context. I want to understand people better. I want to ask the questions that reveal who someone is, not who they appear to be.
So if you’re ready to go deeper — to stop assuming and start actually seeing people — let’s get into it and grow, babyyyyy.

In this episode we talk about how over giving isn’t as selfless as ya think.. whether we’re the one over giving or the one one soaking it up- it’s not doing either any good. I talk about where my over‑giving came from, why I used to accept it from others, and how both sides of that dynamic shaped the way I moved through relationships.
It’s a double‑edged sword — giving isn’t the problem. It’s learning the right capacity, the safe capacity, the honest capacity… for yourself and the people around you.
I gave just the perfect amount this episode & I hope you enjoy the shet out of it ;)

What if our biggest triggers are actually our biggest opportunities for growth?
In this episode, I talk about the simple question that’s helped me stop spiraling in moments when I’m about to completely crash out: “What would my highest self do?”
We dive into emotional triggers, self-awareness, and why some of life’s most uncomfortable moments might actually be invitations to evolve. Plus, I’m breaking down some of the lessons and observations that unexpectedly came from watching Season 8 of Love Island USA.
Let’s analyze other people’s triggers, unpack our own, and, as always, I’ll generously reopen a few of my wounds for the internet.
Pour yourself a drink, and let me pull you for a chat :)
I’ve had enough conflicts in my life — and watched enough go completely unresolved — to know this is something we need to talk about. In this episode, I share my humility, the story times, the lessons, the solutions, and everything I’ve gathered so far. Most importantly, I talk about learning how to be wrong without letting my ego take control.
I promise you’ll probably relate. Get your drink ready & LFG.
Another vulnerable episode coming your way… In this one, I dive into how I accidentally stopped reacting to situations — and how that one shift changed my entire life. Don’t worry, as much as we get into the pros of this new lifestyle, I also share the humiliating stories from before I learned any of this.At the end of the day, we’re all doing the best we can. That’s why I’m here talking through it with you.Instagram: @ letsfinallygrow Personal Instagram: @ ariannacantor_TikTok: @ letsfinallygrowPersonal TikTok: @ ariannacantor
Welcome back to another rude awakening.
In this episode, I go deep into the storytime — like, the kind of deep where you might need a drink before I even get started. For the past three years, I somehow kept attracting the same type of man no matter where I was… my neighborhood, across the world, didn’t matter. If he was unavailable, I was front row.
Eventually, I had to look in the mirror and ask myself why I kept choosing the same patterns, the same chaos, the same headaches. And that’s where everything shifted.
So pour some tequila in a glass — or drink it straight from the bottle — and get ready. The humility you’re about to witness is real…..
