On my journey in Bali, I was reminded how deeply body dysmorphia lives within me—and how common it is among women I know, regardless of shape or size. We rarely hear men speak about it, yet for women it feels almost universal, woven into our culture of comparison and self-criticism. In this episode, I explore why we’re so hard on ourselves, the silent weight of body dysmorphia, and the urgent need to create a culture of compassion, acceptance, and love for our bodies.
In this weeks episode I am no longer on American soil.. Your girl has touched down in Bali, Indonesia!! Let's talk about the adventure in itself of arriving. Then we can dive deeper in to what I'm feeling and experiencing while being in paradise. Its the start of a magical journey and I'm v grateful to be able to chat about it with you :)
I’ve spent a lot of time asking myself why making new female friends feels more dangerous than dating. This episode explores betrayal, trust, and the quiet fear that comes from being misunderstood by other women. I talk about how gossip, projection, and silence shape our relationships, and why naming this doesn’t make you disloyal — it makes you honest.
Men and women often interpret the same moments in completely different ways. In this episode, I unpack how those differences shape communication, create misunderstandings, and contribute to the fear many women carry around male intentions.
Every rebrand requires an ego death.
In this episode, I reflect on what it really means to outgrow a version of yourself — the beliefs you once stood by, the people you once wanted, the situations you stayed in longer than you should have. From friendships to dating to jobs, growth asks us to release identities we once needed to survive.
The reason we stay stuck isn’t because we don’t know better.
It’s because letting go is uncomfortable.
It forces accountability. Humility. Grief.
This is a conversation about the quiet deaths that happen before alignment — and why honoring them is part of moving forward.
At some point, we have to accept that everyone has their own lessons — and no amount of advice, rescuing, or emotional labor can shortcut that. In this episode, I talk about the problem with constantly inserting ourselves into other people’s issues, and the equally damaging habit of dragging people into our own. There’s a difference between healthy support and emotional dependence, and learning that balance is a huge part of emotional maturity. This episode is about boundaries, self-trust, and letting people — including ourselves — learn the hard way.
There comes a point in growth where you can’t unsee what no longer feels right.
In this episode, I talk about the impact of the people and environments we surround ourselves with—friends, partners, family, work spaces—and how much they influence our emotional safety, confidence, and ability to grow. This is for anyone who has felt guilty for questioning a dynamic or wondered if they were “making it a bigger deal than it is.”
This episode is about validating the moment you start questioning your environment. Because the more we excuse what hurts us, the longer we stay stuck. And growth doesn’t happen where self-betrayal is normalized.

Dating culture feels confusing right now—and I don’t think it’s because people don’t want love. I think it’s because we’re not being honest about what we’re actually looking for.
In this episode, I talk about choosing the scary route: saying what I want, being genuine, and letting people walk away if it doesn’t align. Not to manipulate. Not to pressure. But to create clarity.
This isn’t about shaming or blaming anyone—it’s about awareness, responsibility, and the kind of dating culture we’re collectively creating. If more of us were honest instead of vague, avoidant, or performative, dating wouldn’t feel so exhausting.
If you’ve ever felt torn between being “chill” and being real, this episode is your permission slip to choose honesty—even if it scares people away.

We’re back after an end-of-year break and stepping into the new year as the most ourselves we’ve ever been. ✨
2025 was a year of growth, discipline, and learning how to show up even when it wasn’t easy. In this episode, I’m not talking about becoming a “new version” of yourself or setting a long list of resolutions. Instead, 2026 is about evolving on top of everything you’ve already built.
Join me as I reflect on the moments, practices, and mindset shifts that supported my growth—and share what can help us move forward with more ease, self-trust, and intention this year.
In this episode, we’re shifting the focus off who you’re dating and putting it back where it belongs — you. Before evaluating someone else’s qualities, intentions, or potential, it’s important to know what you bring to the table — both the strengths and the harder parts.I talk about why forming a relationship with yourself first creates confidence, clarity, and healthier dating dynamics. Not from ego or perfection, but from honest self-awareness. When you know yourself, dating becomes less about proving your worth and more about alignment. This perspective shift can completely change how you move through the dating scene — and who you allow access to you.
