Let's Get Active

After some time off, we're re-activated! In this episode we give an overview of the last couple years while also giving recent life updates. We also discuss ways we have switched up our daily routines to stay motivated as well as future goes/plans.

This episode was inspired by a The Shade Room post of @Sheraseven, who people are calling the female Kevin Samuels. We watched her videos and gave our opinions on different subjects including: Men liking toxic women, Women bringing something to the table, Views on friends with benefits, Using lying to your advantage, and more.

Glad to have former guest and host of ATL Late Night Show, Jay Rich, back on the podcast to speak on trends in media content, AI, the direction of our country, and the metaverse.
