Spring has sprung, and our homes aren’t the only places that need some tidying up this time of year!
End of Q1, longer days, sunshine and happiness… no better time than now to tidy up the biz!
The excitement for the new year is wearing off, and some of our ideas may have some cobwebs hanging around that could use some dusting, clutter may be piling up, and we might be feeling like we could use a little pep in our step!
Here are my favorite ways to clean up the ol’ biz this time of year:
Clean your digital space
Clean up your CRM
Update bios/website copy
Check/update your to-do list
Revisit your goals
Clean up the office
I’m all about a good spring clean, and these few steps will get your business squeaky clean and ready for anything!

We hear it all the time… be intentional. In life, in business, in everything we are doing. Intentionality has become a bit of a buzz word, but I wanted to take some time to talk about what this really means and how to actually start being intentional (cause it isn’t always easy)!
So, the definition of intentional is simple, it means: done on purpose; deliberate.
Sure, sounds easy enough. But if you're like me, you might be finding it hard to stay in that mindset of doing things on purpose and get swept up in the day to day tasks and functions of running a business, and life, and the monotonous mountain of to-dos that come along with it.. This is where we tend to lose it and start feeling the struggle and forget to stay present and be deliberate. I don’t fault you, or myself… this happens to everyone, and it can be pretty hard to get back in the moment. So let’s talk about how we do it!

Ooo, it feels good to get back out in the world!! Who’s with me?!?! People are craving that face to face human interaction after 3 long years of connecting behind the zoom screen! I know I am loving getting back out there IRL, but it has definitely been a bit of an adjustment for me. One of my biggest goal for 2023 is to put myself out there and get back into the community… and what better way to do that than hosting and attending community events?
We just wrapped up our series about the biggest business trends for 2023, and this one is definitely something I’m seeing happening a lot already this year! So, lets break it down a bit!

Key Points From This Episode:
Why taking a giant leap of faith in your business is necessary for growth
How to know if it’s the right time to invest in yourself
The mistakes I made in my business and how to avoid them in yours
The reason we put our businesses on the backburner as moms
Why asking for and accepting help is empowering

You’ve heard the saying “there is room at the table for everyone”... and it has never been more true! With COVID inspiring a lot of now business owners to make the leap, many industries are saturated! But, having more competition doesn’t limit you AT ALL! In fact, it makes a wonderful opportunity to connect, team up, and come up with some incredible collabs… yes, with your competition! Thanks to business owners adapting and leaning in to personal branding, it’s becoming more and more clear that your competition (though they may offer a similar product) is not, and cannot deliver in the unique way that YOU do. Meaning, your customers are out there, and your competitor’s customers are out there. They’re going to choose you because of you! So, teaming up and supporting your competition makes for a positive experience, new friendships, great ideas, and lots of fun supporting each other!
