You guys we are so thrilled to have had our friend and extremely talented writer/author/badass BRENN COLLEEN on FEDWORK. We chatted about writing her first novel during quarantine, skydiving, cohabitating with her man and of course we dove into some of our favorite chapters - this episode is titled after one of them. 365 days is a long time to be away, but with the way technology works now, does distance really matter? With FaceTime, HouseParty, phone calls, and self recording our episodes, 2020 didn't hold us back from growth but rather opened our eyes to the possibilities. We’re back with an all new episode for our FEDs! Last year was a roller coaster straight out of an amusement park and let us tell you, we’re so happy to be in 2021! Some amazing life lessons were learned over the past 12 months, a lot of time with our thoughts, a lot less packed social calendar, and little-to-no in person interaction with loved one’s. But we left that year changed, hopefully for the better, and we’re SO excited for what’s in store! Tune in and let us know how you rang in a whole new year!

Having just came off a 24 hour DJ set: "24HR SOUR" - we discuss his life in quarantine, how he's shifted from touring to Twitch, and obviously some FEDWORK. Get to know the man behind the mic on this episode of MANCAVE. 

"I keep on fallin', in and out of love, with you, sometimes I love ya, sometimes you make me blue..." - Fallin', Alicia Keys. This was a hit song back in the day & yet, we forget that this existed: the concept of being able to fall in and out of love.  As adults, when confronted with this topic, we were both a little dumbfounded & perplexed about it! Individually, we read up on and researched this topic, and on this episode of FEDWORK, we discuss our own interpretations of the ability to fall in and out of love. 

Family and politics, public forums and political views; it’s always been a bit of a touchy subject.  However, in 2020, it was clear the old ways weren’t working. Family and politics had no option but to mix during these times, where we're stuck in close quarters with our loved ones. These conversations can be enlightening, exhausting, frustrating, and challenging but they’re definitely important. We discuss how those conversations went with our loved ones and some of our individual views on the 2020 election.

We had so much fun on this MANCAVE episode with a good friend of ours - Host / Actor / Creator: Rodney Rikai! We got the scoop on what he's been up to in quarantine, getting caught up with FEDWORK, job titles not defining us, and had some good laughs along the way.
