Christina Otero Geeza is a partner at Otero Geeza Law in Miami, Florida. She has a broad corporate practice with a concentration on various types of lending transactions and real estate matters, as well as trust and estate matters.
Prior to moving back home to Miami, Christina worked at Katten Muchin Rosenman in Chicago in the commercial finance department, where her practice focused on representing senior secured lenders, second lien lenders, mezzanine lenders, and borrowers in asset-based lending.
Prior to her legal career, Christina worked as an analyst in Institutional Equity Sales at Goldman Sachs, and as an associate in Private Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan Chase.
Christina is a graduate of Princeton University, where was a member of the women’s crew team for four years, and a graduate of the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law’s Accelerated JD Program.
