Lets Go Blues Radio

We break down games 1 & 2 of the St. Louis Blues & San Jose Sharks 3rd round matchup of the Stanley Cup Playoffs in 2019.

Do the NBCSN guys really favor the Sharks? Win it for Joe? Pfft. No way..."Win it for Bobby Plager" or "Win it for the long suffering hockey fans of St. Louis". And how was Binnington's play in game 1? BORTUZZO! We'll talk about all of that, plus we discuss Boston Bruin fans trolling Blues fans in a lame way, plus a lot of other stuff.

We also do our traditional "Beers of the Episode", once again featuring a beer from the fine folks at St. Nicholas Brewery in Du Quoin, IL.

We discuss in detail games 6 & 7 of the 2nd round series between the St. Louis Blues & Dallas Stars, including the thrilling double OT game winning goal by Patrick Maroon. We also talk about perceived bias in broadcasting & some ridiculous Stars fans think the Blues are meanies for shooting on a hurt goalie.

We also look ahead to the conference finals matchup vs the San Jose Sharks, who won their game 7 vs the Colorado Avalanche while we were recording this show.

And St. Nicholas Brewing Co in Du quoin, IL was kind enough to give us some of their fine beers to drink on the show, and we drink the first one from that batch and let you know how it is. (spoiler alert: It's very good.)

We're 10 Glorias from winning the Stanley Cup! It's a ways to go, but you have to like the results so far!

We'll break down the St. Louis Blues & Dallas Stars series to date...focusing on game 3 which put the Blues up 2-1 in the series. Stealing back home ice advantage... Lindell the diver... A goal review that they got wrong... Sarasenko, huh? Bad goalie takes and much more!

Let's get after it!

Grab your notepad kids, because THIS is the show you should to listen to if you want to talk Blues hockey with your friends.

The St. Louis Blues bounced the Winnipeg Jets out of the 1st round, in game #6 behind the strength of Jordan Binnington & Jaden Schwartz. We break down how the series ended and what's in store for the Blues in Round 2. The start of this LIVE show overlapped the end of game 6 vs the Dallas Stars & Nashville Predators, so you'll get our reaction as that series ended and our thoughts on the upcoming series Between the Blues & Stars! Grab your notepad kids, because THIS is the show you should to listen to if you want to talk Blues hockey with your friends.

After the St. Louis Blues jumped out to an exciting 2-0 series lead vs the Winnipeg Jets, the series now sits at a suddenly disappointing 2 games each going back to "The Peg". How did this happen? What can we expect the rest of the series? Why is Laine so ugly? Paul Gackle is a Tool! We tell it like it is...so let's get this thing started and Lets Go Blues!!!
