The last couple of weeks I’ve been learning a lot about myself and what I need to work on to be better than yesterday! Hope this is insightful for you all!

Welcome back everyone, Today’s topic is a vulnerable one for me. I’m being raw & opening up the door to my current relationship status. Hopefully you can hear me out, I recorded while I was walking home from the gym, cara are loud and I had headphones. I also, hope this gives you all some food for thought. Welcome back, I’ve been very vocal about racism and I will continue to use my voice to speak up. Changes are coming. Whether big or small, it doesn’t matter as long as we are making a change. I wanted to basically go over a word that has been in my face all week and express what it means to me and how it can be thought of in different ways. As always, I’m thankful for you all.
