We are focusing on healing our attraction to the things we want through understanding Law of Attraction. We are processing how to become the person we want to attract the things we really desire. 

Many of us have had unhealthy relationships that have impacted us in difficult and traumatic ways. Lets process some of the signs that may cause codependency and cycles of toxic relationships.

With little hesitation, we can quickly give up on our dream. When things are difficult or not working out. We have to see these times as hiccups or detours that are rerouting us to our best destination.

You know how we tend to act like our parents or grandparents? Well those traits and habits are passed down to use. We are talking about intergenerational trauma and epigenetic's to understand how the body and mind read and process trauma. It's about to get deep, but it will be good! 

Too often we become easily bombarded by our negative emotions, that it may feel almost natural to think and see everything from that point of view. Lets heal and understand how to reframe those negative emotions that constantly drain us into healthy ways of seeing ourself. It won't always be "positive", it will be more efficient and reflective ways of seeing the situations we are in. 

I am so excited to be on this healing journey with you. Lets discuss Imposter Syndrome and Perfectionism. We will be deep diving in the these concerns and find better ways to process and heal through them.

This is a new journey we are going on, and its only right for me to share about myself first. I wanted to be as vulnerable as I could be, to give you a basis of how we are going to be navigating through this healing. I hope you are as excited as I am, this is only the beginning.
