As much as it hurts us to do it, we are wrapping up season 3 on the pod and taking our Summer hiatus. We love you, and each other, but life calls and we have adulting to do. If there is one thing we excel at, it's making things weird. Faith makes a name for herself (or a child) with her new hockey group, and Anna finds someone to help her build her arc, and then immediately ruins any chance of that. We're back to our Wait, What? podcast theme, because really, we've acted like a couple of idiots over the past 2 weeks. Shout out to Joe at the Grange and our new soulmates Brian & Alex!

We're not ones to sugarcoat, so we wanted to make sure that if we were going to talk about motherhood, we actually TALK about motherhood. When we started this podcast we made an agreement that no matter what, we were honest and as authentic as possible about our topics. And the shit that goes down in parenthood is no exception. This stuff is hard, folks, so let's remember to treat ourselves and other parents with compassion.

We'd love to say that this is our warm and fuzzy tribute to how spectacular being a mom is, but honestly, we're tired. And being a mom is hard. Like, REAL hard. So we felt it was best to be honest about how we spent our Mother's Day, including putting out an actual fire. Part two of this episode will be released later in the week! And that's where we get REAL real.

Well, to say we were in rare form is an understatement. We just really missed each other and talking into our microphones.
