Guest: Josh Gansky

Over the past eight years Josh Gansky has been working with many adults throughout the Philadelphia area through retreats, classes, and workshops to emphasize the importance of self-care through Mindfulness. Josh received his Mindfulness training and supervision through Thomas Jefferson University Hospital’s Mindfulness Institute Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine. Josh is in his 18th year as a school counselor, working at both the middle school and high school levels. Josh is co-owner of the Center for Self-Care.

Claire has been recognized for her leadership and innovative nature, receiving numerous accolades, including being named the Most Outstanding Woman in Mining by the Chamber of Minerals and Energy, and being named Risk Manager of the Year by the Risk Management Institute of Australasia.

Emily Hart Lopez is a professional performing artist, dancer, entertainer, actor, and educator based in NYC and founder of her artistic brand HartHeals (“Where Passion is the Purpose and Healing Follows“). She is a 2016 graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a B.F.A in Dance and her work ranges from concert to company work, theater, and commercial. Her current focus is collaboration, and instilling purpose driven values as well as arts advocacy on the local to global scale.

Mary DiMarino is 53, mom of two teenage kids, Jack and Sofie, and works full time in

fundraising for Bryn Mawr College. At 42 Mary decided to combat her mid-life angst by taking up guitar, and later vocal lessons. Ten years into her musical journey, Mary is now starting to write her own music as she continues her evolution as a budding musician.
