This week we are diving into the deep end! We are talking about shadow work and Natalie shares openly about some of her revelations. She discusses how our unconscious darkness and illusion can become projection and resistance in life. She also talks about the tools that have helped her love and dismantle the shadow, so that life can be more free, easy, and full of liberation. We had an interesting experience lately: we were across the country and found ourselves energetically in very different places. What was fascinating was when we met up and share our experience, we found that we had the same insights from opposite routes. "Oh yes!” we said to each other, “All paths lead to the Divine. Around the holiday, when there is a lot of light and cheer, it is also easy to feel dark and heavy. The winter brings us inward and the gray days can led to deep introspection, and sometimes feelings of grief and isolation. Many people experience a melancholy this time of year. So this week, we talk about how to “see” light, even in the dark. We discuss how we can embrace and integrate our shadow, and allow it to transform us. We talk about the movement of energy, and how the dense feelings often have very important messages.

Isn’t just so sweet how we want to get it right? We have such hearts for good! But often trying to “get it right” means that we are living by someone else’s rules instead of listening to our own hearts. There is a spirit inside of us that want to be expressed and it takes freedom to allow it. When we value the expression of our spirit over the ideas of “supposed to” we find ourselves infused with new inspiration, clarity, and joy. Here’s to the permission to experiment!!!
