Welcome to the 22nd episode of the Back to Human podcast.
On this episode I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Stephen Cherniske. Stephen is a biochemist and former university instructor in Clinical Nutrition. He has served on the faculty of the American College of Sports Medicine, advised members of the US Olympic team, and directed the nation's first federally licensed clinical laboratory specializing in nutrition and immunology.
Stephen is a best-selling author of several books including Caffeine Blues, The DHEA Breakthrough & The Metabolic Makeover. He also hosts a website called The Healthy Skeptics with this wife Natalie that focuses on sifting through much of the "webaloney" that proliferates throughout social media. Prior to this episode he celebrated his 75th birthday. The theme of the party was "So far, so good!" which seemed appropriate considering his vitality!
