Welcome back to another week of Excuse My Friend with Heartlyn Rae! This week we get real, and we get vulnerable. But of course we had to start off with a prank call. Julia submitted her ex boyfriend's (who she broke up with years ago due to his toxicity and abuse) information on the Church of Scientology website to make sure they give him a few calls and emails. Was it immature? Yes, and we don't recommend it, but the call was too funny not to share. Beyond the call, this episode isn't about crazy hookups, (shocking, we know) but we decided to lift the curtain and let you in on what's really going on. We struggle with anxiety and overthinking, the kind that creeps up at night. Losing sleep, overthinking about situations, making up scenarios, and overall anxiety is something we all deal with whether we want to admit it or not. Today we share tips on dealing with these thoughts, and wellness practices to put into your nightly routine to have a better night's sleep. We hope you enjoy, and that you laugh a little, and maybe sleep better after listening to this episode!
