Someone who has lost over 300lbs over the last nine years
Someone who proudly labels himself as a gym rat
Someone who is willing to be completely transparent in hopes of helping others realize they are not alone in the fight.
Someone who is hoping to help others using the tools I have developed from my own experiences.
