We're not born believing we're not good enough. These are stories that are given to us by family, experiences and life over a specific amount of time. To think that you HAVE to continue living whatever story you've been telling yourself is not the truth. It CAN change. And with a little understanding and a lot of work, you can rewrite your story and get out of the crashing plane!
Warning: This episode contains conversations about sexual abuse, trauma, suicide and eating disorders. Please listen with caution if this is something that may trigger you.
