Season 2, Episode 1 | The Power of "Yes"
What if one simple "yes" could change your entire life? In this episode of Let’s Talk Freedom, I share how a single moment of obedience opened doors I never imagined...leading me to new opportunities, deeper faith, and a greater purpose in ministry.
Saying "yes" wasn't always easy. Fear and uncertainty tried to hold me back, but trusting God's plan led me to experience true freedom—personally, professionally, and spiritually. From stepping into new roles to traveling the world, I’ve seen firsthand how surrendering to God’s calling can unlock immeasurable blessings.
Join me as I share my personal testimony, the lessons I’ve learned along the way, and the scriptures that have guided me through this journey. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to take your next step in faith, this episode is for you.
I hope it encourages you!

Season 1, Episode 8 | What Do You Believe?
So often, we give way and put emphasis on the things that have happened or situations we are in that we forget about the possibilities. We forget about our faith. We start to make excuses for God when He doesn't need to make any excuses nor does He need our help. In your moments of trial, what do you believe?
I hope this episode encourages you!

Season 1, Episode 7 | Ashley Thompson, a holistic beauty nutritionist, author, and podcast co-navigator joined the conversation regarding stillness today. How often do we find ourselves speeding through tasks just to get it checked off of our list to say, "I've accomplished?" Maybe some of you have sped up on a yellow light so you didn't have to sit through the red light. Let's not forget about that yield sign that we quickly check what's coming before we get to it and then speed into the merging traffic. We've all been guilty in this area one way or another, right?
Why are we so anxious to get to the next destination that we don't adhere to the signs telling us to stop for just a minute, or slow down? There are little things in our daily lives that remind us to take a minute so that we can hear and see clearly in the midst of everything that's moving around us. Those moments remind us and allow us to wait for the clear path or listen out for warnings. If only we would just sit still for a minute....
I hope this episode encourages you!

In this episode, we talk about releasing ourselves from the boxes that others put us in. However, we also dive into ways to prevent ourselves from getting in our own way. We navigate rejection, intimidation, and the courage to conquer it all. Stick with us a little while and come back for more episodes to see how we can provide some practical tips for these challenges.
Key Points:
1. You are Enough: Don't let anyone tell you different.
2. Shake the Table: Let's move from tables that we've outgrown. Have the courage to shake the table a bit if you feel that you're not growing or have outgrown the table that you're sitting at.
3. Get Out of Your Own Way: Free yourself and release the thoughts of self-sabatoge, intimidation, and do what you were assigned to do.

Just Because You are Doesn't Mean I Have To Be
This episode dives into the different "ships" (friend, partner, work, etc.) we are involved in what's being shared. Are we showing up in the capacity that other's need?
It's a lot of snacking goin' on! What are you eating?
Key Points:
1. What's the purpose? : When we engage in conversations with others, what is the projected outcome? It's too much snacking on junk! Let's check our hearts to see what's really needed to feed ourselves and promote growth.
2. What's your mindset like? : If you want to advance in life, you have to do something you've never done to get what you want. What needs to be eliminated in this season? What are we uprooting?
3. What does this mean for us? : Loyalty does not look the same for everyone nor does it look the same every time. Things can change and I can still be loyal. I can still show up for you, but in different capacity.

What does being comfortable do for you? You are being tugged and pulled about something so strong, but you're stuck and don't know where to start. Start by being obedient and everything else will flow.
Key Points:
1. You Can Run, But You Can't Hide: Self-Explanatory. Who are you fooling? It keeps popping up and you think you're going to get away with it. Surrender and do what you've been asked to do.
2. Impact Over Inspiration: Do the right thing, period. Let light shine through you by being obedient. Help others. Be consistent.
3. Self-Examination: What are you being called to do? What is on your heart? I pray that you free yourself from fear today and take the next step into whatever you are being asked to do in your community, your job, church, family, business, etc. Do it, family! You got it!
