In today's episode I had the pleasure to interview Ena Meagher, who hails from Co. Tipperary, Ireland. Ena moved to Abu Dhabi and taught there for three years. After leaving Abu Dhabi, she moved to Melbourne to dip her toes into the life down under for just over one year.
Ena has now returned to Ireland in the last 18 months building her new coaching business, working with young people in mental health, and expressing her own creativity through her love of poetry.
Ena shares her expat journey in both Abu Dhabi and Melbourne, how both cities compared, how she made her decision to move home and what tools she used to help ease her back into life in Ireland again.
I really appreciate Ena's honesty in this episode as she shares the real side to moving home, and also shares ways to make the transition smoother with her 4P's framework (Permission, Patience, Power & Purpose - check out her free resources on her website for further info).

I am confident any expats who are making the decision to move home will find this helpful and reassuring. Let me know if you have a listen by sending me a message on Instagram or leave a comment and review on Apple Podcasts (reviews aren't available on Spotify).
