Mississippi they discuss the most recent decisions including the New York Rifle and Pistol case striking down NY's prohibitive gun carry law and Berger v NC NAACP which allows the NC legislature to defend the voter ID law they passed.  Other decision discussed is Vega v Tekoh in which the Court said that a police violation of the Miranda warning is not a basis for a law suit and Carson v Makin which allows state funding to religious schools.
