Yound and seemingly fresh immortal Felicia Martins crosses paths with Richie in the antique shop, and he begins to take a liking to her. But she may not be what she seems. When she wants to run away with Richie, what will Duncan do?

Duncan, Tessa, and Richie end up as hostages when convicted murderer Brian Slade makes a daring attempt to get free after his sentencing at the courthouse. Duncan gets shot, but that won't keep him down for long. 

A friend of Richie's attempts to rob a diamond exchange before he dies mysteriously, and it all seems a bit too familiar to Duncan.
