I always believe that everything comes down to your decision, everything comes down to you simply deciding, and then it will fall into place. And for today's episode, I'm going to talk about having to decide. It doesn't need to be logical because God doesn't get to do anything. If you can figure it all out, God has no part. God can't participate and like work the miracle that he wants to work for you. But you have to decide and commit to that decision. And then everything will fall into place.

This is something I really want to help you understand because your nervous system, or how you feel on a regular basis, is actually controlling how you show up, and you're showing up in different archetypes depending on your nervous system and the stories you adopted a long time ago about who you had to be in order to survive, get attention, thrive, or whatever.

There's this thought that when you're starting your business and hit a homerun: you want to do it again, thinking that it will also create the same result. When you get a post that goes viral, or a reel that goes viral, or you get really good results on something, immediately, you start telling yourself "I have to do it again." This can create pressure to do it again and causes us to focus on homeruns and focus on needing to produce homeruns every single time. And if ever you're not doing it right, you get this feeling that you're a failure. Do you realize how much pressure women endure until they reach this season, to continually demonstrate our worth in some type of metric based on financial contribution, success, or achievement, not only at home, but in a business or a brand? So we're delving deep into it today, because we had an incredible conversation about it at a mastermind event last week. And I recognized that this wasn't just a problem for me; it was a problem for all women. And we wondered how powerful it would be to make it public, to share it with you, to let you know you're not alone.

For today's episode, I am going to share to you a clip from a coaching session that I had with one of my clients. It's all about empowering you in what you feel called to, and enabling you to release a lot of the external pressure we feel as women to be out there, building something massive, doing all the things as moms, instead of allowing ourselves to have seasons where sometimes it's the business, and sometimes it's a year of family, and having kind of this flow in our lives of what we feel called to.
