When did things start to shift and click for you?

I came to understand that the main reason most people have trouble working on themselves and trying to recover is that they are preoccupied with just one issue. We are not segmented, and they are dealing with one issue at a time, whether it is their thoughts, their emotions, their body, their business, or something else entirely. Everything in us reflects everything outside of us, and everything affects everything else. However, I was also considering it from a spiritual perspective—namely, when we are not in tune with our spirit. When we do not walk in accordance with God and His will, we are not in tune with our spirits. We are moving according to our will. To know more about this, tune in to this episode and enjoy!

We are talking about lack of motivation and alignment today. Lack of motivation is actually a sign of a damaged nervous system. It's a sign of internalized trauma or feelings. The majority of people are unaware of the fact that they are running their lives and businesses based on old myths and ideas that are ingrained in our nervous system and hidden deep within us. When we have trauma and emotions that are stored in our nervous system, it will keep us from speaking from a place of authenticity and our authentic voice. It will also keep us from trying to prove untrue stories about us while also trying to live up to expectations that will demonstrate that we are enough.
