On this episode of Level Up with Coach K I'm sitting down with you guys to have a conversation about properly preparing for 2021. Before any of us writes down a goal an idea or mission, I believe that it's important that we consult GOD about his plans for our lives. We all know that 2020 has been crazy and unpredictable but that's no excuse to stop dreaming and believing! We must hold on to our HOPE and be focused on listening to the directions GOD gives us. 2021 has the potential to be AMAZING if we let it but we must enter into the new year with a positive attitude! FAITH will be required but with GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

On this episode of Level Up with Coach K I'm sitting down with Bree Ajayi. Throughout the show we discuss the importance of normalizing therapy and acknowledging the trauma we face daily. ! My guest of honor might be small in stature, but her IMPACT is ENORMOUS! She’s an advocate for the culture and she lives by the quote "Black Mental Health Matters, Our Lives Matter.” Mental health is her passion and she specifically wanted to become a therapist to work with people of color and continue working on the stigma of mental health in the black community. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from Kansas State University in 2013 and her Masters of Arts degree from Argosy University in 2017. She became a fully Licensed Professional Counselor in 2019 after passing the state licensing exam and completing 3000 hours of supervision. She previously worked for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. She also served as a Family Based Safety Worker for a couple of years then she was promoted to Tarrant County Group Treatment Coordinator. She currently works full time for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and she own a private practice called Time to Exhale Counseling LLC! Today my guest of honor is Bree Ajayi.

He recently started a sea moss gel business called, "Magic Moss" and he’s been plant-based since Jan. 2020. He’s been married for 3 years to a beautiful queen, he was born and raised in Flint, MI and now he resides in Austin, Texas.

She’s a Christian and a member of Zion Missionary Baptist church in Como, Texas where she grew up for most of her life. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State university with a Bachelors of Science degree in fashion merchandising and she minored in marketing. Over the past five years she’s been a working actress. She has landed print, feature film, and commercial roles such as: Main Event, Nebraska Furniture Mart, Reliant Energy, and many more. She received an invitation to join SAG-AFTRA union 2 years ago which is a huge accomplishment. She has mastered the art of playing other characters but she has also found a way to stay true to herself throughout the process. Although her career is taking off no job in the world is more important to her than being a mother to her beautiful 8 year old daughter! She’s resilient, beautiful, and She’s coming to a screen near you!

On this episode of Level Up with Coach K I'm sitting down with Matthew Gaddy. Throughout the show we discuss the severity of knowing your worth, setting goals, boundaries, and being efficient. We also talked about the importance of not delaying your DREAMS….. START NOW! My guest of honor is a self-starter that has mastered the art of being efficient. He has been a student of productivity for over 8 years. His journey started in college with the desire to learn how to study effectively and get good grades. Learning about effective actions, goal setting and increasing productivity carried over into his first job working for the largest utility company in Texas.It was in this position, that he saw the need for productivity coaching! The goal wasn’t to add more to an already crammed day, but to teach others how to identify the goals they want to achieve, select and prioritize the steps to achieve them, plan days that supported their productivity, and execute their actions to their best ability. He is on a mission not only to help engineers become more productive but to also do so in a way that lessens stress and fosters an environment to produce high-quality work. He’s a natural born leader with a solution mindset that’s going to impact the world.
