This control shadow that had been controlling me subconsciously - like wow!!

A little recap on what I have been up to. I have been completing my shadow work certification on holy shit balls the processes we learn to uncover and heal your shadows is un-fucking-real!!!

and then I get into what annoys me most about the manifestation world, how its very surface level and create people who don't want to actually "do the work", they like the fluffy work but don't want to do the real uncomfortable things to actually heal and grow. 

in this episode I chat about how you are not actually blocked. How using the terminology "I'm blocked" is just a self sabotaging mechanism because you don't have the self confidence. 

I give you the biggest tip about how you can create more self confidence.
