In honour of Mental Health Awareness Week last week, I had a great conversation with a mental health therapist - Michael Burrows.
Michael is a therapist with a Children’s Mental Health Service in West Yorkshire. He has over 12 years experience working with children and families in different organisations. He also provides easy to understand training around mental health subjects, particularly understanding anxiety, depression and self harm.
Through Hobbyist Health Projects, Michael is currently looking into the value of hobbies and their impact on mental health.
