This episode is with a very good friend of mine, Lewis Church.

Lewis has had a very successful career in athletics so far and is looking to progress his success in the coming years with aims of going to the Commonwealth Games in 2022! 

In this episode Lewis and I brainstorm ideas of how the sport could be improved and our favourite competing experiences over the 25 years of athletics experience that we have between us.
