LEXCHAT with LexC

My Patron, Brooke, requested I do my own version of the well-known Christmas song "Carol of the Bells." I studied for a few weeks but wasn't able to finish in time for Christmas haha. I figured I should finish anyway.  She's already heard the finished acappella at the beginning of the New Year because I released it to my Patrons on January 1st, 2020.

By becoming a Patron, you will get early access to my content and will see things AS SOON AS I post them, NOT when I schedule them to become public. So, if you just can't wait to see what I'm up to and want first dibs on requests for songs, become a Patron by following the link below:  PATREON https://www.patreon.com/lexcatl

I realized I hadn't posted the acapella for "Unthinkable" by Alicia Keys. This is from the cover song I did but in a different format. Enjoy!

Request from Izzy @izzythe_ninja on Instagram! Let me know what you think. I'm getting more into using my voice as backing instruments, but the way I do this makes it a bit difficult. So, I'll practice more and get better at it over time!  #AlGreen #LetsStayTogether #CoverSongs

I'm glad I changed the narrative on how I viewed Summer Walker's situation. She is helping artists everywhere by giving insight into what it's like being on her level. How would you handle being in her position?

Requested by Frankie a long time ago haha! I'm finally delivering. Sorry for the wait. Original song "Un-thinkable" by Alicia Keys. This is purely for the purposes of art. I do not own the rights to this music.

Many great songs are written, but when you're writing how do you go on should writer's block hit? Here are 9 ways to help you get over writer's block.  2:27 #1 Play the part over and over again 3:28 #2 Say the same part over and over again without the music 4:50 #3 Actually record what I have 6:13 #4 Talk myself through the story 9:03 #5 Listen to the song from the beginning 10:03 #6 Write what inspires me most, and worry about connecting them later 13:12 #7 Take a break 15:50 #8 Work on something else that’s more inspiring 19:40 #9 Go home; dust yourself off and try again next time

Though things are not all bad - they're actually pretty fair right now - I've still been feeling like I've taken a lot of L's.
