 زبون (ا): مساء الخير. حسيت بألم في المعدة، وابغى اسأل إذا تقدر توصيني بحاجة.

(P): Good afternoon. I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. Can you describe the pain? Is it a burning sensation or more like cramps? 

صيدلاني (ع): مساء الخير.. الف سلامات.. هل تقدر توصفلي الألم؟ هل هو حرقة ولا زي تقلص في العضلات؟

C: It's more like a burning sensation in the upper part of my abdomen.

 ا: احسه حرقان في الجزء اللي فوق البطن.

P: I see. It sounds like you might be experiencing acid reflux or indigestion. I can recommend an over-the-counter antacid medication that should help relieve your symptoms. We have options like Tums or Eno.

ع: تمام. يبدو انك بتعاني من حموضة المعدة أو اضطراب هضمي. اقدر انصحك بدوا مضاد للحموضة من غير وصفة طبية حيساعدك في تقليل الاعراض. عندنا خيارات زي 

تامز أو اينو.

C: That sounds like a good idea. I'll go with the Tums. How should I take it? 

ا: فكرة كويسه.. حاخد تامز. كيف اخده؟

P: You can take two tablets of Tums every 4-6 hours as needed for relief. Be sure not to exceed 10 tablets in 24 hours. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's important to consult a healthcare professional.

ع: تقدر تاخد حبايتين تامز كل 4-6 ساعات حسب الحاجة عشان تخف. بس مهم انك ما تتجاوز 10 حبات في الـ 24 ساعة. إذا استمرت الأعراض أو ازدادت، مهم أنك تستشير متخصص.
